1. Definitions

• "Finspar," "we," "us," or "our" refers to Finspar, operating at 27 Chang Klan Road, Chiang Mai, Thailand
• "Participant," "you," or "your" refers to individuals who enroll in our programs or use our website
• "Programs" refers to all educational services we offer, including workshops, communication programs, and mentorships
• "Website" refers to finspes.club and all associated pages
• "Agreement" refers to these Terms & Conditions

2. Acceptance of Terms

By enrolling in any of our programs, using our website, or engaging with our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, you should not participate in our programs or use our services.

Participants must be at least 18 years of age to enroll in our programs. By enrolling, you confirm that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

3. Program Description and Services

Finspar provides financial education programs designed to help adults develop financial literacy and confidence. Our services include structured workshops, family communication training, and extended mentorship programs.

All programs are educational in nature. We do not provide financial advice, investment recommendations, tax guidance, or legal counsel. Our role is to educate and support your own decision-making process, not to make financial decisions on your behalf.

We reserve the right to modify program content, schedule, format, or facilitators as necessary to maintain quality and respond to participant needs. Significant changes will be communicated to enrolled participants in advance when possible.

4. Enrollment and Payment

Enrollment in programs is confirmed upon receipt of payment or execution of a payment agreement. Program fees are stated in Thai Baht and are subject to change. Current pricing is available on our website and will be confirmed at the time of enrollment.

Payment must be received in full before the program start date unless alternative arrangements have been made in writing. We accept payment via bank transfer, credit card, or cash at our office.

If you need to cancel your enrollment, please notify us as soon as possible. Cancellations made more than 7 days before the program start date will receive a full refund minus a 500 Baht administrative fee. Cancellations within 7 days of the program start date will receive a 50% refund. No refunds are available after the program has begun, though we may offer the option to transfer to a future session.

5. Participant Responsibilities

As a program participant, you agree to:

• Attend scheduled sessions or notify us in advance if you need to miss a session
• Participate respectfully in group settings and honor the confidentiality of other participants
• Complete any preparatory work or exercises requested between sessions
• Provide accurate information necessary for program customization
• Take responsibility for implementing financial strategies you develop during programs
• Inform us of any concerns or issues with program delivery in a timely manner

You acknowledge that your level of engagement and application will significantly impact the results you achieve from our programs.

6. Confidentiality

We maintain strict confidentiality regarding all personal and financial information you share during programs. Our confidentiality obligations are detailed in our Privacy Policy.

In group program settings, all participants agree to maintain confidentiality regarding information shared by other participants. Breach of this confidentiality may result in removal from the program without refund.

We may request your permission to use anonymized success stories or testimonials for marketing purposes. Your participation in this is completely voluntary, and you may decline without affecting your participation in programs.

7. Intellectual Property

All materials provided as part of our programs, including worksheets, templates, presentations, and handouts, are proprietary to Finspar and protected by copyright. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use these materials for your personal financial education purposes.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from our program materials without written permission. You may not use our materials for commercial purposes or share them with individuals who have not enrolled in our programs.

The Finspar name, logo, and branding elements are trademarks of our organization and may not be used without permission.

8. Disclaimers

Educational Service: Our programs are educational and are not a substitute for professional financial advice tailored to your specific situation. You should consult qualified financial advisors, accountants, or attorneys for personalized guidance on complex financial decisions.

No Guarantees: While we are committed to providing high-quality education, we cannot guarantee specific financial outcomes. Your results will depend on your individual circumstances, the effort you invest, and external factors beyond our control.

Service Availability: We make reasonable efforts to maintain program schedules, but we may need to reschedule, postpone, or cancel programs due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we will work with you to find alternative arrangements or provide refunds.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Thai law, Finspar's liability for any claims arising from our programs is limited to the amount you paid for the specific program giving rise to the claim.

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to financial losses resulting from your implementation of strategies discussed during programs.

This limitation of liability does not affect any statutory rights that cannot be excluded or limited under Thai law.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate your participation in programs if you engage in disruptive behavior, violate confidentiality agreements, fail to meet payment obligations, or otherwise breach these Terms & Conditions. In such cases, no refund will be provided.

You may choose to withdraw from programs at any time, though refund policies as outlined in Section 4 will apply.

11. Dispute Resolution

If you have any concerns or complaints about our programs, we encourage you to contact us directly at [email protected] so we can work to resolve the issue informally.

If we are unable to resolve a dispute informally, the dispute shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Thailand. Any legal proceedings shall be conducted in the courts of Chiang Mai, Thailand.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time to reflect changes in our programs, legal requirements, or operational practices. Updated terms will be posted on our website with a new "Last Updated" date.

For significant changes, we will notify enrolled participants via email. Continued participation in programs after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

13. General Provisions

Entire Agreement: These Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and any enrollment agreements, constitute the entire agreement between you and Finspar regarding program participation.

Severability: If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

Waiver: Our failure to enforce any provision of these terms does not constitute a waiver of that provision or any other provision.
